The original quilt as well as the hand-produced bag or item are both handmade. As with all handmade items, there can be variability in the design and textiles. We do our best to choose the best materials, but because of the age of some of the quilts, some are more charming than others.

Vintage textiles may show signs of wear that add to their character and history. As you use and love your bag, signs of wear will appear. The original fabrics used in these quilts are typically 100% cotton, and natural fibers just wear differently than plastic-based ones.  We see these signs of wear and love as part of the story of the quilt-a story you’re now part of!
