Processing & Turnaround Time. All items are handmade with care.

• Ready-made bags: ship within 3–5 business days
• Custom bags: up to 4 weeks
• Custom coats: up to 6 weeks

Turnaround time begins once payment (or deposit, if applicable) is received. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Orders ship via USPS

• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address
• Newberry Collective is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the carrier
